About Me 

Hi, I’m Lena. My work as a guide is grounded in the belief that true healing comes from within, and I’m here to support you in unlocking that inner wisdom. I have spent 10 years working with individuals seeking personal transformation, emotional healing, and spiritual exploration. I use practises such yoga nidra, krya yoga, meditation techniques and breathwork. Having extensive personal experience with entheogens, I have recently begun accompany people  through altered states of consciousness. My role is to hold space for your journey, ensuring that you feel safe, supported, and empowered to navigate these profound experiences. 




My Approach

Holistic and Personalised: Every person’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor each session to meet your specific needs. Whether you are exploring psychedelics, breathwork, meditation, I’ll help you prepare mentally, emotionally, and spiritually before your session, and work with you afterwards to integrate the insights gained.

Safety First: I use a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that every session is a safe space where you can explore without judgment. I take great care to guide you through any challenges that arise during altered states, helping you stay grounded and present in the moment.

Empowerment Through Self-Healing: I believe that you are your own healer, and my role is to guide you toward realising that potential. My goal is not to lead you but to walk alongside you as you uncover your inner truths and wisdom.

  • The Experience: Whether through breathwork, meditation, or psychedelics (where legally appropriate), I’ll provide gentle guidance and support while respecting your inner process.

  • Integration: After your experience, we’ll work together to make sense of any insights and help you incorporate them into your daily life for lasting change.
